Recently, our entire management team went to
a training class, with Clayton Athens, to gain a better understanding of how to become customer obsessed. We had a great day and ultimately came away with reminding ourselves to always look through the eyes of the customer (see the red glasses) in everything we do.
We keep a pair of these glasses on our desks and our conference room to ensure every decision we make, we think about our customer!

Each of our Sales reps is now aligned with a Customer Care rep to streamline your purchases. We aim to eliminate frustration and confusion by giving you one point of contact for each of your sales and each of your customer care needs. We appreciate their collaboration!

WE’VE UPPED OUR STANDARDS!
Those red glasses from the CX training are working at Sulphur Springs! The sales team recently took some time to look through the lens of our customers and found that several of our options are items that are put in nearly 100% of our homes.
If this is what our customers want every single time, why not just make them standard in all of our homes? It just makes sense, and it’s the right thing to do. Going forward, the following options will now be STANDARD with no charge in all of our Sulphur Springs models:

Service Tidbit
With the new Sales Path rolling out comes lots of changes. Please feel free to reach out to us at any time for assistance with entering bill backs, parts or factory service. Keep in mind that it is imperative that you provide detailed descriptions along with supporting pictures. This will allow us to process your request more efficiently.
Also, Vantage Support is there as well to assist
with challenges that may arise as we transition over. Communication will be the key to success! Working together in conjunction with this new tool, we will be able to provide the best possible experience for our new Clayton Family members!

Focus on Training
Clayton Sulphur Springs has added a new position: JOB SKILL’S COACH. Richard Adamson has accepted this new role, and his focus for 2019 will be “NEW TEAM MEMBER EXPERIENCE”.
Richard takes on this role with much experience. He has worked in most areas of the plant and has been a Team Leader over three areas of the plant. His goal is to mentor, train, and just to make new team members feel comfortable and at ease as they transition into the new work area. Congratulations, Richard!
