As you already knowMichael Williams, our Sales Manager, has accepted the GeneralManager position at Clayton Athens. I can’t say enough about Michael and all he brought to our team here in Sulphur Springs.

Beyond all his talents for products and relationships with you,our customers, he is just an incredible person. He truly cares forevery person on our team and is such a big part of our communityoutreach programs. I can’t thank him enough for all he did for all of us here and we wish him great success on his new endeavor. We are in the process of interviewing and trying to find our next SalesManager and will let you know just as soon as we do.

Service Tidbit

Just a reminder, all carpet is required to be seamed properly at time of set-up, prior to the removal of the shipping blocks, in order to maintain its factory stretch. We’re seeing an increase in factory service request for re-stretching of carpet at the marriage line. This would be considered installer error and not the responsibility of the factory. Please refer to the installation manual for further information

Environmental Health & Safety

On May 18th, Team Clayton Sulphur Springs became certified on the newest standard ISO 14001-2015. This is a very in-depth environmental certification. The environmental certification process takes 5 days to complete. The audit focuses on recycling materials and environmental documentation.

We would like to thank Rusty Roth (ISO Coordinator) for his preparation and hard work in getting us certified. Thank you!
